Only a few days remain until IMWI – at this point nothing more to be done other than stay rested, safe, and doing a few snappy efforts to stay fresh.

No matter how hard and smart you’ve trained, know the guy who is planning on taking your spot trained just as hard and smart as you did. You don’t just get it, you have to take it.
